When will I receive my Course Certificate?

If you requested your certificate to be emailed to you, we'll send it within 24 hours of your request. After finishing the course, it is your responsibility to request the certificate by submitting the course completion form. If you do not receive your Course Certificate within 24 hours of sending your request, please contact us. Email us from a different email address. It could be that your email provider has rejected our email with your certificate attached. 



Can I take this course on my cell phone?

No. Some of the interactive features may not display properly on a cell phone. We suggest that you use a desktop computer or laptop computer for best results. If you insist on using your cell phone to take this course, it may work properly, and it may not. We will deny refunds to those who insist on using a cell phone to complete this course. 


Is this course DCF approved?

Yes.


What is the refund policy?

We will refund your payment if your course certificate is not accepted by the court. Any other refunds are at our sole discretion. If you register for the course and subsequently dispute the transaction as unauthorized, you are required to prove that the transaction was, in fact, unauthorized. We are not responsible for whether or not you complete the course after submitting payment. 


What if I fail the exam?

We will provide additional one on one instruction at no charge. We will conduct this one on one instruction at a mutually agreeable time and date. However, if you failed the exam due to a language barrier we may not be able to provide instruction. Our course is English only.


Why do you request my case number?

We request the case number to verify your indigent status. We may also request that you send us your Order of Indigent Status.


Do you send the certificate to the court for me?

No, it is your responsibility to file your Course Certificate in the court record for your case.


I paid but did not receive the login information, what do I do?

When you submitted payment for the course, you should have automatically arrived at our Confirmation Page where you'll find login information. Sometimes your computer settings or pop up blockers prevent the redirect. If you did not arrive on the Confirmation Page, please contact us and we can send you the Confirmation Page manually. The best ways to contact us are by submitting a contact form or sending an email to info@MyFloridaParentingCourse.com.

How do I log in?

You can log back in to Module 1 using the login information you received on the Confirmation Page.


How do I log in a second time and avoid repeating what I've already completed?

You can log back into the Module where you left off by using the links provided on the Confirmation Page.
